"They don't know enough about their own policies. I was on the phone with them every month to make sure I was still covered, because they didn't know. I couldn't ask them a scenario question without it taking 3 days to get any actual answers, they always had had get ahold of underwriting anyways, so what is the point of even being available to the public? Ended up costing me over $1600 for just that one year, on top of my insurance policy that they said I was covered under. Lol everyone got a response to their review, except me. Garbage."

"Worst customer care service ever.. the people over there are very rude. I’ve been calling since a week and they are ignoring and when they receive my call they are saying call us back and cut my phone. They can’t even listen to my problem.. ridiculous"
