"Worst customer care service ever.. the people over there are very rude. I’ve been calling since a week and they are ignoring and when they receive my call they are saying call us back and cut my phone. They can’t even listen to my problem.. ridiculous"

"Their premium rates are very high. Their claim processing is horrible. They make every effort not pay a single penny for your loss and will increase your premium without paying anything. I have switched my insurance policies and will never go back to them"
