"I've been with Deb since I was 19, and when she moved I could no longer access her office so I had to try new places. I was lucky enough to be able to join her office again a handful of years ago and in between those times there has never been anyone as thorough, thoughtful, helpful, and understanding as her and her team. "I called State Farm shopping for new insurance and I spoke with Kelsey. She was absolutely amazing. She was super patient with all of my questions and not knowing what I was doing. She reassured me I would be taken care of and that’s exactly what happened.

"Worst customer care service ever.. the people over there are very rude. I’ve been calling since a week and they are ignoring and when they receive my call they are saying call us back and cut my phone. They can’t even listen to my problem.. ridiculous"
